A very competent porter - a style not common for microbreweries with as limited a tourist/business season as Minocqua offers so kudos to the brewmaster for keeping it on tap. Would like to see the brewery install a nitrogen brew / dispensing system to distinguish the high quality of their products overall, and this porter in particular would benefit the most from the smoother taste and finish nitrogen offers. Mix with their IPA for a "Pale Possum" and enjoy the best of both styles.
