2023 edition in a 500ml brown bottle. Clean, red colour with an amber hue, a pink small head fizzing away quickly with just a tiny ring left. Morello cherries in the nose with a tad wood, sourness, vanilla and alcohol. The alcohol is well-hidden in the taste, just bringing a touch of warming. The taste is on the watery side, smooth, with the cherry notes, some nuttiness, woodiness. Gets hazy mildly near the end, and the alcohol is felt. The Brett are well-blended to not be too wild, and the cherries start shinning a little more. Good woody-tart lingering. All-around, a very drinkable Tripel with nice fruitiness, oakiness, funkiness and mild sourness.
