Issue d’une collaboration avec nos amis de Malstrom, cette Porter Baltique est née d’une fusion de notre amour pour les bières fortes maltées et de la passion de Malstrom pour les fermentations basses. Cette bière est le résultat de la vision des deux brasseries. L’équilibre des saveurs fruitées, torréfiées et chocolatées combinés à une longue maturation présente l’étendue du savoir-faire de nos brasseries.

Clean brown colour, darker amber with ruby highlights. A nice frothy-bubbly light mocha-coloured head, good retention and some creamy-streaky lacing. Roasted malt aromas on the mild side with some dark fruit notes, hops and hints of coffee-molasses. A smooth, silky mouthfeel with a decent building, drying finish. Again, mild roasted barley flavours with a tad coffee, dark fruits and molasses. An easy-drinking Baltic Porter and good collaboration.
