Our unfiltered Organic Weissbier is made with organic malted wheat and barley to give it a distinctively light, smooth creaminess. The delicate banana-bread bouquet is from our German “Hefe-Weizen” yeast culture. Organic Spalt hops lend a lightly floral nose to this German classic. Prost!

Part of their new Organic Mixed 4-pack. Pours a hazy light golden-yellow colour with a big frothy, almost creamy, white head, decent retention and lots of creamy lacing. Fresh banana aromas with wheat notes and sweet yeast. The taste is wheatier with some mild citrus which makes this a little more refreshing, than too thick and sweet like most Hefe. Still, you will find the richness of this style and not know it is organic. Another good addition.
