They say the human brain can only comprehend three flavour notes at one time. So we could tell you that our take on the classic radler combines smooth crisp organic lager, with the bright refreshing flavours of lemon,. hibiscus, jasmine, and ginger balanced by the complexity of green and black tea. Or we can ask you to just trust us when we say it's delicious

Can found in the back of my fridge, pours a lightly hazy, mild pink-peach colour with a big white cap, pink hue, frothy, lasting quite a long time and leaving some foamy lacing streaks. Nose of apples and berries, so some fruitiness with light spices and other floral notes. Flavours are in the same vain. Super refreshing all around.

Tall can from LCBO. Pours a massive foamy white head and has a pinkish coloured appearance with ruby highlights. Big thick soapy lace. Slightly excessive carbonation. Aromas are floral and herbal, some subtle hibiscus and wheaty notes. Flavours are quite wheaty, some herbal and lemony notes, hints of hibiscus and ginger. Smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Light bodied.

The beer pours a murky medium gold with a generous fluffy white head that lasts a while, but doesn’t provide a lot of lacing. The aroma was grainy malt, weak earthy hops, hibiscus, and light citrus notes. The mouthfeel was weak to medium bodied with below average carbonation. The flavour was quite fruit forward, with the grainy malt in the background. There was very little bitterness in the finish. An interesting beverage.
