Pineapple Ginger, the first release of our Juicy Union series, is a wonderful co-fermentation of barley wort, apple juice and pineapple juice. Dry-hopped with El Dorado hops for additional tropical fruit character and spiced with ginger, the aroma is reminiscent of pineapple upside-down cake. This hybrid is light, refreshing and absolutely delicious.

Can that pours a lightly hazed, light-yellow colour with a creamy white froth, decent retention and some nice dirty lacing. Big spicy ginger nose at first with the pineapple sweetness coming out eventually. The taste has these two in union, but not as punchy. They do work very well together. Fruity, a little sweet but with the spicy kick of the ginger in the finish. A nice fruity-spicy brew.

Part of summer mix pack. Pours an average size foamy bubbly white head and has a slightly hazy golden appearance. Leaves some sticky patchy lacing behind. Lively carbonation. Aromas of tropical fruits, ginger, some herbal and grassy hop notes. Flavours are quite fruity and juicy, lots of tropical fruit notes, pineapple, some lemony hints, ginger more in the finish. Mild sourness on the palate. A little bit of a dry mouthfeel.
