Nice IPA! Grapes and Grassy, slightly tropical and slightly earthy at the same time. Very complex aroma that shows different cheeks all the time. Malt profile seems to show some wheat, slight burnt caramel and molasses indicators. Seems quick think in flavour but the beer is not syrupy and only medium bodied. Nice beer but the hop is not one that I like to drink often, but I value it for its unique qualities.

pours a rather hazy burnt copper color. Bold hop over, under, and mid tones a virtual chorus of well presented hoppy notes. very tasty but unfortunately too expensive to have everyday!

NICE! Pours copper with as large or small of a head as ya want. Lacing is astounding. Aroma is light and citrucy. Flavor is light and fruity backed by a nice smoky hop bite. I think this is just terrific.

330 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 6.9%. Orange to amber colour, big off-white head. Lovely aroma of Nelson Sauvin hops, notes of tropical fruits. Fine hoppy flavour too, tropical fruits first, then herbal and resinous notes, dry finish. Long aftertaste.

Pours out in a hazy orangey ambe colour with a rich white head. Rich and fresh hop aroma of blonde grapefruit, gooseberries, lemon-zest and peaches. Medium-bodied with notes of gooseberries, grapefruit-rind, flowers, green grapes and caramel. Long bitter finish of black currant, kiwi, white grapefruit, grass, lemon and mild caramel. Tasty, tasty, I really dig Nelson.

Sampled on 12/12/2009. This IPA pours a medium to deep orange gold color from a 33cl bottle. Large sized white foamy head with good retention and nice lacing. The aroma is grapey, woody, fruity and malty. A medium bodied IPA. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are floral and grapelike. I still don’t have a grasp on this hop. I like it, but I am having trouble finding good descriptors. Its kind of floral and fruity, with some grape/wine like qualities. Nice balance. Good carbonation. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

wow, so sweet and delicious but still has that stern hop authority ... pours a dark gold copper .. huge eggshell head, lacing is supurb .. . is quite sweet, but has a very nice mouth coating bitterness.. wow, what a fun little hop, i could put him to use .. . i wonder what the end of a pistol tastes like .. . tasty stuff .. . my favorite of the single hop brews so far ... i wonder how good this could be on cask...

Bottle from SL. I thought my review was gonna be a bit fruity whacky, until I saw TomDec's below. The pour was full amber with ample haze, big looking body, hearty looking. Head was very generous, even for an IPA, good lacing. The aroma was juicy fruity, grapes, tons of citrus, citrus-juices, caramel. The flavor was strong fruity juices, spicey bitter hops with a bit of a punch in the finish, but the sweet citrus and fruit elements kep this from really being bitter. Mouthfeel was full for the style, generously carbonated. A decent brew, but probably too sweet for the hop heads.
