English: Nelson Sauvignon is a New Year beer it is fermented with ale yeast, brettanomyces and enzymes. Then it has been aged three months in Austrian white wine casks. Very dry, very vinous and very delicious.

what a great beer! hoppy, fruity, oak, white wine grapes, and a little funk all come through in about equal measure. Each sip was a delight. Lively body and a nice dry finish.

saw at Steins, passed- tasting! .. Pours a hazy gold .. big head, medium lacing .. . light brett, light honey, light yeast, flowers, and light white grape skin .. . really tasty beverage, could drink a bottle by myself quite easily .. . . Laurie got offended that I used the word puke, But to me, that's what her dinner tasted like.

A medium to light golden Belgian ale with a gnarly brettonomyces influence that compliments the spicy, floral hops. Almost like an Orval blended with a well crafted Tripel. Grapefruit and peaches along with lemon and pine.

Bottle, kindly shared by my beerpal Christian. Deep golden colour, moderate white head. Spicy aroma of brettanomyces and Nelson Sauvin hops. Effervescent spicy flavour, notes of gooseberries, white grapes and brettanomyces.
