Poured a medium amber with white head. Malty hoppy aroma. The taste started malty and finshed bitter. It turned out to be quite smooth and easy to drink. I found it most pleasent.

I had Middle Ages Syracuse Pale Ale on tap at the Grey Lodge. It poured a orange colored body with only a small head. The taste started off malty and sweet and finished with a hops flavor(slight grapefruit). I actually enjoyed this beer. I wonder if they made improvements, because it scored really low until this point. Oh well...mine was good.

My neighbor gave me this, he is of course from Syracuse. I get a very odd sharp taste of...fruit, which then plummets south as an aftertaste. Hoopy, yet watery at the same time. Not great, not terrible - but thankfully he only gave me one and not a sixpack.

Poured a medium small white head. Little lacing, but a very nice orange amber color. Aroma is spicy and malty. Flavor if toffee and a little hoppy with hints of hash. Nothing great about this beer, but not bad.

The appearance of this beer was very inviting....a nice coloring and long lasting head. The aroma wasn't bad either. However, the taste was not enjoyable to me at all. There seemed to be a lingering bitter aftertaste.

Deep golden color with amber undertones and a medium thick head. the aroma is sweet and malty with strong hop background. the flavor is malty with hoppy background and finish. Dry and sharp on the tongue.
