Similar to the traditional wheat beers of Bavaria but with the addition of rye in the grist (which also makes it a bitch to mix in the mash tun). The rye lends a nutty, spicy flavor. As different from it's wheat counterpart as wheat bread from rye bread. That being said, if you like our normal hefe you'll enjoy the ryezen as well.
