Lager with a Waterford twist! This beer is brewed with Waterford blaas – a type of bread that’s so specific to Waterford, it even has geographic protection! We partner with our friends at Walsh’s Bakehouse to add lashings of blaa breadcrumbs to the mashtun when we’re making this beer, which gives a delicate honey-like character to this German-style lager.
