Saison arborant une jolie robe jaune orangée. Bière aux notes vertes, fraîches et légèrement citronnées héritées de l'ajout de persil de mer cueilli à la main sur l'Isle-aux-Coudres. Eau, Orge, Blé, Houblons (Cascade, Citra, Amarillo), Persil de mer, Basilic et Levure.

Slightly hazed, bright golden colour with an off-white head, average stay and some foamy lacing spots. Fresh herbal nose with some minty notes. The taste shows some more freshness from the herbs and again, a touch of mint. Nice to see some basil in here - as quite a fresh herb. Interesting Scotch lovage flowers added to this one. A nice herbal brew with Saison yeast.
