Bière aux origines lointaines filtrée traditionnellement sur un lit de branches de genévrier. Les arômes tirés de la macération des botaniques de notre Gin Maria se mêlent au goût de banane et de clou de girofle. Traditionnellement consommée sans effervescence. Eau, Orge, Seigle, Blé, Houblon (Hallertauer Mittelfrüh), Genévrier, Épices, Levure.

Lightly hazed, amber colour with a golden highlight. The head is beige, frothy, decent lasting with some foamy streaks of lacing. Getting some nice spices over the darker malt base of rye, barley, and with time, hints of bananas from the wheat, woody notes. Berries come out in the taste over the bananas, wood, and a nice milder blend of spices and rye-barley. Maybe a touch too much banana-wheat in the flavours - even the tart from peel is felt. Quite an interesting amberish ale with a nice mix of rye, bananas, spices and a tad juniper.
