Bottle. Poured a hazy pale gold colored Weizen with a two fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a good retention. Active carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is yeast, wheat malts, fruity, bananas, notes of kiwis. The flavour is yeasts, grainy wheat malts, fruity, bananas, vegetable, cabbage, fish ( ! ), mackerel ( !! ), spicy, cloves. The mouthfeel is crispy with a light sourness and watery. This medium bodied Weizen has a short dry finish. An unconventional Weizen, not brewed by the Meinel brewery but according to the label on the bottle by the Weisses Brauhaus in Neunburg vorm Wald.
