Jan. 2013: On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Deep golden colour, large white head. Pleasant aroma of fruity hops (citrus, tropical fruits), also hints of pine. The flavour is dry and distinctly hoppy, notes of pine / resin and grapefruit. Bitter finish / aftertaste. With 4.3% it is naturally light bodied, but has still plenty of flavour.

2 x 330 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Meantime stemmed pint glass a clear and reddish copper coloured EPA with a one finger light beige and creamy foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is toasted malts, aromatic hops, fruity, citrus and herbal notes, mint leaves. The flavour is aromatic bitter hops, fruity, citrus, grapefruit, some tropical notes, herbal, mint and a sweety, caramel, touch. The mouthfeel is light crispy and bitter The texture is a bit oily. This light bodied EPA has a long and pleasant hoppy bitter finish. A solid and very pleasant Pale Ale brewed close to the Thames, in London.
