This Pale Ale was brewed to showcase one of our favorite hop varietals: Mosaic. It was released in 2012 by Hop Breeding Company and is a daughter of Simcoe, YCR-14 and Nugget. The malt bill was kept fairly simple in order to showcase the prominent hop presence. This beer has pungent aromas of blueberry, tangerine, papaya and a hint of rose blossoms.
