Čepujeme, 500 ml , on tap at the brewery. Poured in a Czech beer mug an unfiltered and hazy golden-amber coloured Hefeweizen with a generous one finger slight beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is yeast, wheat malts, spicy with strong cloves and fruity, notes of citrus. The flavour is wheat malts, fruity, citrus and bananas and spicy, cloves. The mouthfeel is round and quite thin. The texture is watery. This light bodied Pšenične has a dry wheat malts and fruity finish. A drinkable and soft Hefeweizen but its not really what I expected, the lack of stuff is glaring!
