New British IPA from Marble City. On tap @ the brewery: lightly hazed orange amber pour, tight white head, ample lacing throughout drinking. MIld aroma of earthy and fruity hops, very slight citrus, offset with a lightly caramelled malt sweet nose. taste is a very good balance of the Engllsih-styled hops and a nice dose of malts. Mild compared to West Coast IPAs yet still hoppy enough and bitter enough to stand out as an IPA. Very comaprable to Williams Bros Joker 5 IPA. Very British.
