Kellerbier means cellar beer in German and refers to an all-natural beer straight out of the aging tank, and normally carried up from the cellar in a pitcher. Our straw-colored, medium bodied and hoppy lager is not filtered and has not had anything added for clarity. It is naturally carbonated and slightly hazy with yeast, which helps to keep it fresh. Please store it in a cool place, perhaps in your cellar!

Poured a clear gold color with a small white head, but nice lacing. Toasty, bready, light malt aroma. Light malts, some citrus, and a nutty (almond) taste. An OK keller, though I thought it was missing alot of somethings to make it good.
