This Harlot is a sassy dry farmhouse red rye saison with a blend of four distinct Belgian and French saison yeasts – high in spice from rye malt with a crisp hop bitterness. Intentional souring gives a slight tartness and brings forth notes of raspberry, rhubarb and pomegranate.

A gift bomber. Clear pour of reddish orange, no carbonation and thus no head. Faint aroma, yeast and maybe some fruitiness. Average mouthfeel, about typical for the style. Tart flavour, along with a dirt component. Peppery finish. Mehhh at best.
