Just outside the village of Creemore where the Mad and Noisy River collide, so too do our brewer's imaginations. Inspired by the traditional flavours of a German Weisse Beer and an American Pale Ale they've seamlessly blended the laid back West Coast hop notes of grapefruit and tropical fruit with the upbeat Weizen flavours of bubble gum and banana. The result is a carefully balanced aromatic and effervescent composition. It's a rhythmic beer mashup you are sure to dig.

Pours a cloudy golden-yellow colour with an off-white head that is small, lasting a bit, but creating some nice creamy thing lacing. Citrus aromas with notes of oranges and lemon with hints of bananas, nice sweet yeast. The taste starts with the wheat banana notes, to go into the citrus and then show some decent hop bitterness. Hints of spices. Quite a nice, easy-drinking, mildly-hoppy Hefeweizen.

Pours a huge foamy bubbly white head and has a hazy yellowish orangey appearance. Dirty sticky lacing. Aromas of yeast, banana and mild spices. Flavours are mainly the yeasty notes as well as bananas, some tropical fruits, wheats and a little bit of sweet malts. Has some subtle hoppy notes. Medium to full bodied. Good balance of bitterness and sweetness. Lively carbonation.

The beer pours a hazed piss yellow colour with a bubbly white head that lasts. The aroma is orange, lemon, wheat, and grass. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is wheat malt, tropical fruit, citrus rind, and spices. Not bad, but not great.
