We brewed this dark, succulent beer using organic Columbian cocoa nibs and cocoa powder courtesy of Stubbe Chocolates of Ottawa. Hints of dark chocolate pulsate through the aroma followed by wafts of lightly toasted coffee and caramel. A mesmerizing rich flavour full of dark chocolate and toffee gracefully dance across the taste buds. A completely satisfying flavour of chocolate is over after enjoying the experience. Beer my Valentine can stand on its own but is better with its partner, Raspberry Wheat. The two, when intertwined, produce a sinfully delicious beer.
