High Fermentation Product. Beer brewed with the addition of grape must in fermentation Freisa. "Beer complex, of great finesse and elegance, where surprisingly there are three souls, the fruity, with scents reminiscent of strawberry, raspberry and red currant, the sour-bitter with slight citrus notes of lemon and that, most difficult, characterized from off flavors to be discovered. Despite the presence of sharp peaks of astringency, a sensation of "warming" with us after each sip. "- Lawrence in art Dabove Kuaska alc. 8% Available in 33cl and 75cl. "I decided to experiment with grapes in beer, but I found myself at a crossroads: one road suggested not to use yeast added and driven to rely on spontaneous fermentation by yeasts present on the skins of the grapes (thus was born the BeerBera), l 'other road to take me to the inoculum of a yeast capable of attacking not only the must of beer, including that of grapes. thus was born, using grapes Freisa, D'uvaBeer. Definitely should be in the sour/wild Ale category. The wine like notes and lemony funk override any foo foo fruity aspects. Dark amber pour, almost berry like color. Sour without the vinegar, as previously stated. Strawberry and red grapes. Pretty nice brew though not a standout in one of my favorite styles.

Amber color with no head. Aroma is tart cherries, apples, and vinegar. Flavor is sour with more cherries and vinegar. Not as sour as your typical lambic but still sour. Overall good beer.

330 ml bottle, vintage 2010, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 8.0%. Cloudy reddish brown colour, huge cream-coloured head. Lovely vinous and funky aroma, notes of farmhouse, red wine vinegar and oak. The flavour is fruity and moderately sour (but not vinegary), notes of grape juice, funk and oak. An interesting and drinkable beer!
