Collaboration with Bobcat Cafe of Bristol, Vermont. Zusammenarbeit is the German word for collaboration or "working together". German-inspired Gose. A complex style of ale that has malted barley and malted wheat, as well as wheat berries that were soured by Vermont wild yeast. Lightly salted and spiced with a small amount of coriander, this unfiltered offering balances the sharp sourness with a sparkling effervescence.

Sampled at 2017 summer Festibière in Gatineau at 3.5% ABV. Pours a hazy light yellow colour with a white cap and minimal lacing. Kind of looks like homemade lemonade. Gooseberries for aromas. Sour taste that grows into the finish with citrus notes. Mild tarty mouthfeel. A pretty nice and interesting Gose.
