Our Fresh Cucumber Mint Radler was developed in partnership with founder of Fresh Restaurants and best-selling cookbook author, Ruth Tal. Leveraging Ruth’s strong expertise in natural juices, we blended our award winning lagered ale, Revivale, with a splash of real lime juice, and natural cucumber and mint flavours to develop a refreshing vegan radler.

Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7
Light yellow colour with tiny particles floating through, hazing things down, with a big frothy-creamy white cap, very nice retention and creamy smooth lacing. Cucumber and mint nose with the tarty-citrus base. The mouthfeel is crisp, refreshing with again the cucumber not being too much (which I like) and the mint balancing things. Not a huge fan of cucumber, and mint in beer is different, but a fan of radler - and this is really well done.
