An American version of the Belgian style. This unfiltered beer has a striking translucent, golden color with white clouds. Seemingly a contradiction in terms, it has a full body mouth-feel but is surprisingly light to drink. Topped with a hint of citrus, provided by Coriander and a secret blend of Humbolt herbs, this beer is slightly sweet and a delight to drink in any season.

Pours hazy topaz with a thick, though ephemeral, snowy head. Aroma offers tart citrus, coriander, and subtle malty notes. Flavor presents citrus, coriander, fresh malt - and is that a touch of hops? Texture delivers fair body and fizz. Take a bite!

Pours a hazy golden orange color with tiny little white head, which becomes an even thinner ring of bubbles around the edge and leaves no lacing. The aromas that are dominanting things are coriander and lemons. A bit of wheat and spice. The taste is fairly tame and boring. A touch of spice and lemon and a bit of yeast. The mouthfeel is very light in body and carbonation was good.

Had this years ago when I really started getting into craft beer. Forgot to review, so a little rusty on this one. Remember it being one of my least favorite Lost Coast's at the time....but then again, wheat's are one of my least preferred styles. Recall it as an average at best wheat....a little heavier compared to the European hefs. Had some flavor....refreshing for summer but that's probably about as far as it goes...especially with all that is out there now.

I can't believe it. This is another white beer that I like. OK. Like maybe too strong. I think I prefer it because it was a free tasting at a local beer event. That being said, it is at least a palate cleanser. Somthing to clense me mouth between the real beers. Light, fluffy and clean. What's not to like?

Pours a light amber cloudy appearance. Flavor is mild, goes well with a meal but most likely is not dynamic enough flavor wise to be a good standalone drinking experience. I enjoyed it, but it will not be a perennial favorite.

This one falls short because it doesn’t try hard enough. An effervescent golden colored beer. Practically no head. What was there was soapy in texture and white in color. Disappears all to disappointingly quickly. No lacing. An aroma and matching flavoring of bread, yeast, pepper, lemon and coriander. It’s not bad, it just seems like the beer is holding something back.

This beer is so boring and unfun to drink, it taste like a heavily watered down version of a good Wit. Clear not cloudy body with no cap. Very mild sweet peach aroma with mild hints of wheat. So bored. Very clean non offensive nontaste with a thin empty feel to it. Some peach maybe malt but too hard to tell. Drinking this beer is like drinking a normal beer but you have the flu so you can kind of tell there is a flavor but you can’t really tell it’s there. But saying that that means you can pound the crap out of this beer all day long. This beer has put me to sleep.

This is a whatbier? Not hardly witbier in my opinion. Wicked light and overly malty with an noticeable unbalance in flavour. Notes of grain, pear and grass on the nose. Taste is pleasent i guess on a "refreshing beer after a long round of disc golf" level. Maybe im in the minority on this one. But I just found it to be a little dissapointing.

i'd take this one before some of the much more expensive wits...it stacks up well enough in all 5 catergories. A refreshing summer ale, nothing less, nothing more.

Golden color, some carbonation, and pours with a thin white head. Lacing was spotty. The aroma is malt, yeast, and some light citrus fruit. Light-bodied, slightly zesty tasting, with coriander and some lemons with a soft wheat taste but also quite watery. Not bad, it's refreshing and drinkable but not much more than that.
