Pours a hazy light golden-yellow colour with a peach hue. The head is white and fizzes quickly away, not leaving much. Big lemon nose at first with the sourness. Then, the ginger really shines. The taste is quite sour with some light tartiness in the finish. Lemon flavours are felt throughout. The ginger is milder here. Not really a Saison, but a decent low alcohol sour beer with lemon and ginger.
