Clean, light golden colour with a frothy white cap, good stay and some foamy lacing. Big apple aromas, fruity and sweet. The apples come out very well in the taste, but not as strong. Milder with the mouthfeel being on the thin side, not syrupy at all and the finish drying enough. The wheat is not as present, so not too sweet. A good apple, juicy brew.
