Our porter is dosed up with wheat malt to give it a smooth, subtle breadiness and extra body. Dark chocolate and roasted coffee flavors meld like thermonuclear plasma. We enjoy drinking Dark Matter while eating brownies, cranking M. Monoceros on the stereo, and thinking about portals :)

Pours clear cherrywood with a nice buff head. Aroma starts with roast malt, quality coffee, hints of caramel and toffee. Flavor presents caramel, roast malt, coffee - where's the toffee? Texture offers nice body and peppy fizz. Come to the dark matter side - we have craft beer.
