The beer poured a translucent dark gold colour with very little head. The aroma was metallic, malty, with some hoppy presence. The mouthfeel was light to medium bodied, and highly carbonated. The flavour is grainy malt, with some bitter hints.

Thanks to Chopz for leftovers! Pours a big foamy bubbly white head and has a clear golden appearance. Decent lacing. Aromas of malts, grains and hints of corn. Flavours of toasty malts, a bit sweet, still some of that corn and grainy taste. Not as bad as say, Rolling Rock, that's for sure. Actually fairly easy to drink and not to heavy on the palate. Not a bad drinking brew.

Color is a nice clear amber, not much of a head. The strong, inviting, malty aroma reached my nose - which is not all that sensitive - even before I had the bottle cap completely off. Flavor is entirely malty, with smoky undertones and just a snip of bitterness. It has a nice tingly finish and is quite satisfying.

It pours a light golden with a thin white head and some lacing. A bland aroma of corn malts and not much else. The mouthfeel is smooth and fairly rich. Flavors of corn malts, light hops, citrus, bitterness, and light spices. Not bad!!

A pretty decent Polish lager. Aroma has a soapy lemony note with a bit of grassy hop character. Huge 3" white foamy head, golden body with tight carbonation bubbles forming at the bottom. Flavor has some sour corn notes, lightly sweetened, a touch grainy with a bit of hay in the finish. I did like the beer especially after some yardwork, but rather forgettable.

Yet another Eastern-Euro lager I picked up at Tower Liquors up at Lindbergh Station in Atlanta and I pretty much know what to expect with this one. Aroma on this one is malty and sweet with some grassy overtones as well as some flaked maize as well as some slight hop accentuations and is a bit sharp on the nose with some chemical-like aspects and is very pungent. Appearance is a deep, golden-yellow in color with a soapy head on top that is full and a bleach-white in color and diminishes leaving uneven lacing on the glass. Mouthfeel is medium-bodied with some malty complexity and not much balance really with a palate that is very wet-like and not too bad and is decent. Flavor is strong and full of cloying malty sweetness with some grassy overtones with an aftertaste that is smooth but seems synthetic with a finish that is clean and crisp but a little overwhelming in taste. Overall, typical Polish fare here and definitely nothing new at all and very European in origin.

Mild Aroma (Im stuffed up, so maybe thats why) Nice golden blonde apperance with minimal lacing. Quite crisp on the attack with a bit of bitter in the finish but not too harsh. Very nice. Good drinking lager

500ml Bottle from the LCBO in Peterborough, Ontario. Light pale yellow in colour, initially large white coloured head that dissipates fairly quickly, visible carbonation, some patchy lacing. The aroma is very crisp and grainy, some wheat and grass, pale malts, lightly sweet. The flavour has some bready malts, grassy hops, lightly floral, crisp. Moderatly bitter mouthfeel, medium/light body, high carbonation. Finishes lightly bitter, a bit thin and watery. Nothing special.
