500ml Bottle from the LCBO in Peterborough, Ontario. Light pale yellow in colour, initially large white coloured head that dissipates fairly quickly, visible carbonation, some patchy lacing. The aroma is very crisp and grainy, some wheat and grass, pale malts, lightly sweet. The flavour has some bready malts, grassy hops, lightly floral, crisp. Moderatly bitter mouthfeel, medium/light body, high carbonation. Finishes lightly bitter, a bit thin and watery. Nothing special.

Deep brown in colour, thin tan coloured head, some light spotty lacing. The aroma is malty, good roast, some caramel and dark fruits. The flavour also had lots of caramel malt, some spice, a bit peppery, dark fruits and light alcohol. Rich mouthfeel, medium body, medium carbonation. Finishes with a lingering rich alcohol warmth.

Dark orange in colour, very creamy off-white coloured head, great cascade effect, lots of lacing. The aroma of light caramel malt, slightly sweet, some floral hops, pretty plain actually. The flavour is weak with just a bit of caramel sweetness, soft and creamy. Light watery mouthfeel, light body, medium carbonation. Finishes quick. This is more of a novelty I think.

Murky orange in colour, long lasting creamy off-white head, great lacing, vigorous carbonation tornado in the glass. The aroma is of bananas, wheat, yeast, some lemon zest and apples. The flavour has lots of bananas and oranges, apples and yeast, some spice, wheat, lots of malt. Creamy mouthfeel, medium body, high carbonation. Finishes long and creamy with lots of citrus, quite smooth. Very refreshing.

Brown in colour, thin tan coloured head, some lacing. The aroma was quite sweet, lots of caramel in here, roasty, brown sugar, noticable alcohol. The flavour is pretty sweet on the whole - near cloying - again lots of caramel, burnt sugar with small amounts of cold coffee. Alcoholic mouthfeel, medium/light body, medium carbonation. Finishes with too much noticable alcohol, a fairly boring middle of the road Bock.
