Pours a thick enough foamy head but doesn't stay long at all. Has a cloudy pale golden/amber appearance. Somewhat weak lacing. Aromas of malts, wheats and light yeasty notes. Flavours of citrus and herbal hops. Weak lemony flavour as well. Some orange flavour in the finish. Light malty hints mixed in with the hoppiness to give it some character. Lively carbonation. Tingling sensation. Goes down fairly easy. Not too bad.

Production date 07/2012. Pours a hazy amber colour with a frothy off-white head, great retention and a little lace patch up here and there. Sweet malty nose with dark fruits (plums, dates), rusty water (from the hop), grain and maple. Thankfully, not as sweet in the mouth with some caramel malts, fruits balanced by some slight grassy bitterness from the hop. Hints of nuts and coffee follow. Quite a nice take on the Kellerbier with a little more hop to it.
