Cloudy beige body with a soft noisy crown floating on top, looks perfect for the style. Tons of wheat in this aroma that comes across sour/sweet depending on what second I smell it, lots of floral notes, some apple. This aroma is unpleasant for the style but overall it’s ok I guess I have smelt better that’s for sure. This has a massive wheat malt flavour with hazel nut in the finish lots floral flavours with spice and lemon. This is turning out to be a better beer then I thought it would all the right elements are here plus a very nice smooth thick mouth feel what some of hefe’s are missing. I’m also enjoying the fact its not coming across sour. Good beer.

Bottle: Poured a light yellow weizen with some white haze and a nice pure white foamy head with good retention and good lacing. Aroma of wheat is dominating and more present hen I first suspected. Taste is also dominated by lots of wheat but is unfortunately lacking in cloves and banana notes. Easily drinkable with no major flaws but lacking some character to make this a standard.
