This seasonal beer is decked out with a complex and heady nose of cardamom, vanilla pods, nutmeg and mint. There is truly a flurry of tea spices that grips the palate whilst well supported by alcohol. There is a certain dry bitterness that modifies the flavour profile of the beer towards the finish.

Enjoyed at the pub itself. Pours a cloudy amber colour with an off-white head that is creamy and leaves decent lacing. Fruity (raisins) nose with hints of mint, spices (cardamon maybe?) and Belgian yeast. Medium-bodied with a mild dry finish. The taste is the same as the aromas, but harder to taste the mint. It refreshes thing though. Quite interesting overall, reminding me of Unibroue Édition 2004 (which I loved).
