Sampled at the brewpub. Pours an amber-caramel colour with average light-beige head, but not much lacing, nor retention. Aromas of fresh grass, Belgian Ale yeast and fruity malts. Minty taste with the hops, yeast and even berry jujubes in the finish. Grass lingers. Quite an interesting brew that I recommend. Very different.
