750 ml capped bottle. Poured in a Begian stemmed tulip glass an unfiltered and hazy golden-orange coloured BSA with a one finger almost white, dense and creamy pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Good lacing. Some floating sediments. The aroma is yeasty, fruity, green apples, spicy, orange peels, floral hops and a real alcoholic feeling. The flavour is solid malts, dried fruits, walnuts, fruity, green apples and citrussy hops. The mouthfeel is light crispy, fizzy, thick and bitter. The texture is oily. This full bodied BSA has a long spicy, bitter and alcoholic finish. Ideal for an evening near or at the fireplace.

Bottled. Pale golden colour with mediumsized white head. Aroma is hops, spices, mild wheat and quite flowery. Also some sweet malts are in it. Flavour is nutty, fruity, spicy, herbal and grassy. Aftertaste is fruits and grass, and stays for quite a bit.
