Pours a hazy light-golden colour with a frothy white cap, very good stay and some foamy lace. Sour and grassy nose with some coriander notes, citrus sourness, sweet fruity malts. Some mild Belgian Ale yeast as well. The taste has nice lighter grassy hops that goes the whole way, over the malts and yeast. Some mild bitterness from the grapefruit in the finish, but not overload. An average Saison that goes down easily with nothing too crazy.

Pours a nice big frothy white head and has a clear golden appearance. Lively carbonation. Some decent dirty lacing. Aromas of yeast, bready malts, citrus and floral hops. Flavours are citrusy, oranges, yeast, a bit grassy and some herbal notes. Some light tarty hints in the finish. Medium bodied mouthfeel. Great retention.

The beer pours a semi-translucent metallic gold colour with a white head. the aroma is grains, yeast, and some spices, certainly not as earthy as the other saisons. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is quite grainy with yeasty and citrusy notes.
