Trestles IPA is light bodied, clean, and pleasantly hoppy with every sip this tasty India Pale Ale will take you back to your escape, such as local surf spot trestles. It strong copper color and clean finish on the palate are created by brewing the IPA with 2-row malt and light imported crystal malt. We use CTZ and Chinook hops and follow it up with the addition of dry hops of Chinook and Centennial in the fermenter bringing out a citrus aroma. Find your escape!

Pours a pretty clear amber with a frothy, if not persistent, eggshell head. Aroma is strongly hoppy, more evergreen and resiny than woody, with an undertone of sweetish malt. Flavor is even hoppier, bold but only a snip or two bitter, with nice malty and citrus underpinnings - very refreshing and drinkable. Good any time of year. Texture is fairly fizzy, if not firm; hoppy finish has more wood emphasis than the flavor or aroma. Surf to the nearest package store or bar that has this available.

A nice golden orange colored beer with a small, two fingered sudsy textured, off white head that rises briefly above. A thin ringlet is left. Nice grapefruit in the nose. More of that, with some pine and caramel malt in the tasting. Very easy to drink this crisp effervescent beer.

Pours a piss yellow with a sub one finger head that goes away quickly. Fairly cloudy body with a decent amount of carbonation. Aroma is a amber ale like cookie scent with a tad bit of lemon. Taste is very amber like. hints of cookies, lemon and light hops. Finishes off stick. Not exactly an IPA. Fairly bland.

Don't know where my friend found this, but he had been hanging on to it for a while. Aroma is all orange zest; flavor it dominated by a variety of citrus flavors, orange, grapefruit, lemon...makes for a really nice IPA. Color is standard-issue copper, but it is topped with a thick, rocky head of white foam. A delicious beer, and great to share while hanging out in Mammoth Lakes for an impromptu get-away.

Light citrus aroma with some bready malts, the body id a hazy yellow/ brown, a thin cap that leaves some o.k. lace. Flavor of cereal, spice, and some grapefruit, a long bitter bite. Average mouthfeel, with a slight carbonation bite, decent finish.

It pours a light burnt-orange and amber with a fairly thick white head and very copious lacing surrounding my drinking vessel. An aroma of caramelized malts, hops, pine, grapefruit, pineapple, some bitterness and spices. The mouthfeel is smooth, although somewhat thin. Flavors of caramel malts, hops, grapefruit and pineapple, slight bitterness, some honey and spiciness. Very mild and enjoyable!
