    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

330 ml capped bottle, b b 01/24/2015. Poured an unfiltered and hazy amber-orange coloured IPA with a two fingers light beige and soapy fomy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles and many big one. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. Many (big) floating sediments. The aroma is intense juicy fruits, citrus, grapefruits, lime, peaches, yeast, herbal and aromatic hops. The flavour is sweety malts, biscuits, yeast, juicy fruits, citrus, grapefruits, heavy floral hops, light aromatic hops, pine, flowery, notes of roses and a late emerging spicy touch, pepper. The mouthfeel is light crispy, prickly, fizzy and solid bitter. This light to medium bodied IPA has a lingering hoppy bitter and fruity finish. For the French standarts, a high hoppy IPA, in fact, a very pleasant and full flavoured IPA from a tiny brewery (120 hl yearly output), located near Nancy in Lorraine.
