A profound love of hops and big brews led to our IPA. A little over the top, its a hophead's dream come true. An intense hop aroma and strong malt body are followed by a smooth clean finish. Generous amounts of Pacific Northwest malted barley, along with some of the best hops from the fields of Yakima, have come together to create and IPA that is very hoppy, but very balanced with complex malt flavors. Served cool, not ice cold, to retain the rich hop aroma. This is the beer that says don't mess with me, I'm a BAD DOG.

Thank you Adrian for the brew!!!! Peachy pine big hop aroma, caramel, orange, more stuff. Nice and malty good balance with the hop. I don't know why but I'm finding the carbonation perfect here, what an odd thing to like. I love the malts they be roasted to perfection, sweet, smooth but then the hops kick in and they be bitter, perfect balance. Pine, orange, wood, I'm picking up this weird chocolate. Wow i can drink this all night. The lingering bitter is killing me!!! WOW!!! What a good IPA! This has regular in the fridge written all over it.

This beer poured a copper color with a white head. The aroma contains pine, perfume, orange, and lemons. The flavor is bitter but also malty as well. Very well balanced beer. I taste oranges, lemons, and grapefruit. Overall this was an awesome IPA!

From Belmont Station, in Portland, OR. Certainly a far better representation of Idaho beer than that damned Grand Teton from the night previous. This started with a bang, producing a huge white, foamy head of at least four fingers depth, capping a body of cloudy orange hue. The aroma was an inviting wave of hop floating upwards, and wasn't the taste just as nice! A real IPA, I think, along with no issues about the mouthfeel or finish.

This IPA pours a medium orange color from a 12oz bottle. Medium sized white rocky foamy head. Aroma is floral and piney hops, fairly juicy. A medium bodied India Pale Ale. Malts are caramel and sweet. Hops are citrusy and piney. The beer is nowhere near as bitter tasting as one you expect from the aroma. Very un-PNW like IPA. The bitterness is toned down, its still there mind you just not as a kick in the teeth as one would expect. Good balance. Nice carbonation. A very drinkable IPA. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter

Poured a copper color with a thin off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus fruits, light pine, floral hops and caramel malts. Taste of grassy hops, citrus fruits, toffee malts, and a light grapefruit bitterness in the finish.
