Aluminum bottle that pours a dark brown colour with cola highlights. Huge beige creamy-frothy head, long stay and thick creamy lacing. Big chocolate notes in the nose at first pour. This blends a little more after a while with the roasted malts, hints of coffee, nuts and some citrus background. Flavours of the dark malts with some sweetness, cocoa powder and apples for fruitiness. Easy to go down mouthfeel. Thankfully not syrupy with just a touch of dryness. Interesting brew, but the Saison is a little lost in here.
