The Grodziskie is a historic style from Poland that was quite popular from the 1800s and died out around WWII. Also known as the Gratzer (when Poland was under German/Prussian rule) its a unique wheat beer using 100% oak smoked wheat malt and a neutral yeast. Drinking this beer is like running through an oak forest partially on fire while eating a bowl of Cheerios. This beer is light and easy going but with a lingering smokiness making it a great session ale!
