Picked up a 6 pack on our recent trip to Montana. A malt beverage with natural flavours added. Label has a cartoon like drawing of a bear sitting in a huckleberry bush enjoying a pint while honeybees buzz around. For freshest flavour purchase before month notched label. Deep honey colored, not yellow, almost some pink overtones. Smell some sweetness, plus some sour from the huckleberry. Fruity aroma rather than grain lager smell. Taste more fruit, leaves a cherry syrup flavour clinging in the aftertaste. Sweet but not overly cloying. Crisp with bubbles of carbonation, and tangy mouth feel. Nice example of a fruit beer.

Very light orange gold color. Small white foamy head. Aroma is berries, honey and sweet. A light bodied fruit beer. Malts are mild, fruity and sweet. There is a very slight hop bitterness. It does have the taste of huckleberries, and they are identifiable as such. Crisp and clean. Light and refreshing. There are no discernable flavor flaws in this beer; itís just that there is really very little flavor at all. Everything seems toned down and muted. A touch thin and watery. Nothing really to recommend it beyond that itís made with huckleberries. Mouthfeel is a little thin and watery. Finish is clean. Aftertaste is sweet with a touch of berries.

this is different. light straw in color, a fresh looking white head. soft but abundant carbonation. Starts off light honey sweet then bittersweet huckleberry essence...... Not bitter or tart, unexpected, just a bit dry. Finish is fresh..... Some creaminess. Malted wheat adds a nice flavor profile......This is worth a try. my mother liked this one!. Perfect for a summer lunch i think....and such playful bottle artwork
