    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8

750 ml caged and corked bottle. Poured in the original Lancelot snifter a clear mahogany, ruby-brown coloured BSA with half a finger beige foamy head that had a short retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is toasted malts, spicy, coriander, peppery and, may be ginger, a touch of smoke. The flavour is sweety malts, notes of caramel, alcohol, fruity, pears, apples, citrus. The mouthfeel is crispy, sparkling, a bit syrupy and sticky. This medium to full bodied BSA has a dry spicy finish and a light warming effect. A solid and pleasant Celebration Ale from the well established Brasserie Lancelot in the région Bretagne.
