Sampled at the pub itself, in Jonquière, Quebec. Poured the same colour as the Tête à Claque beer that they brew. Clean copper with a short-lasting head and no lacing. Banana nose with roasted malt and slight vanilla. The taste was sour with some smoke, green apples and roasted malt comes in, long into the aftertaste. Different tasting, just like the Tête à Claque, but roasted malt is less dominant.
