Une bonne démonstration de notre savoir-faire. Une belge de couleur or dont jaillissent des reflets roux. Elle a une robe voilée avec un nez explosif de coriandre et d'orange. Ronde et désaltérante en bouche, elle s'apparente à la Chouffe, l'une des meilleures bières que l'on retrouve à la SAQ.

Sampled at the pub itself, in Jonquière, Quebec. Poured a clear orange-gold colour. Nice pleasant Belgian white yeast aroma with some spices, green apples and pears. Reminds me of a milder Unibroue Maudite. No burn here, very smooth, full-bodied and sparkling mouthfeel. The spices were quite up front with the fruits found in the aromas and a good witbier yeast aftertaste. Very good, easy-drinking, strong Belgian brew.
