Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 7
330 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered and opaque dark amber-chesnut BSA with a small one finger beige foamy head that had a short retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. No lacing. Some floating sediments. The aroma is solid malts, fruity, green apples and herbal notes. The flavour is sweety malts, candi sugar, juicy fruits, green apples, oranges , dried fruits, walnuts and woody notes. The mouthfeel is crispy, high sparkling, a bit sticky and quite thick. This medium to full bodied BSA has a dry fruity finish. A quite interesting and well tasting BSA from a tiny brewery in the département de la Mayenne, in the Région Pays de Loire.
