Le malt persistant au milieu d’une variété de saveurs houblonnées illustre cette artère routière qui traverse la diversité définissant Limoilou. Comme elle, il organise la cohésion de la variété de saveurs et permet d’équilibrer leur diffusion. Le continental se marie au tropical, comme le fin sucre d’orge s’amalgame à l’amer.

A very slight haze, golden-amber colour with a big frothy-cmreay, warm off-white head, very long lasting and leaving some nice streaks of foamy lacing. Piney aromas with grassiness over the caramel malts and hints of wood. The taste shows a lot of the same with big bitterness, dryness in the finish. Quite a nice, old school West Coast Double IPA that is well-balanced.
