Comme elle, il organise la cohésion de la variété de saveurs et permet d’équilibrer leur diffusion. Le continental se marie au tropical, comme le fin sucre d’orge s’amalgame à l’amer.

A very slight haze, golden-amber colour with a big frothy-cmreay, warm off-white head, very long lasting and leaving some nice streaks of foamy lacing. Piney aromas with grassiness over the caramel malts and hints of wood. The taste shows a lot of the same with big bitterness, dryness in the finish. Quite a nice, old school West Coast Double IPA that is well-balanced.
