Blonde Belgian Ales can be so blah.....and this is no exception. It pours a hazy gold colour with a big white head. The aroma is yeasty and hoppy with some sweet malt. The flavour is sweet maly, with citrus and peppery spiced.

Hazy orange colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma of acidic fruits, malts and hints of barnyard. Flavour is weak, mainly fruits, malt and yeast. Aftertaste is dominated by barnyard and yeast.

Pours out in a hazy pale golden colour with a low, sticky white head. Dryish yeasty aroma of cheese and smoke with sweet undertones of Kaiser pears. Flavour starts sweet of honey and sticky pale malts. Becomes drier quickly of pepper, smoke, soil and grassy hops. Dryish aftertaste of grass, pepper and lemon-rind. medium bitterness. Funny beer!

Bottle: Poured a slightly dirty yellow color ale with a big foamy white head with good lacing and retention. Aroma of spices and floral hops. Taste is semi-sweet malt with light spices and floral hops bouquet is really interesting. Finish is drier then expected with an above average body and no alcohol detected. Very fine example of a Belgian pale ale and way better then its brune counterpart.
