Purchased a while back in Laval (I think) and cellared. Comes in a brown 750ml bottle with a plastic cork (like most cheap Champagne) and the metal-wire stopper. Pours a clean darker amber colour with an off-white foamy head, average retention and a little lacing. Aromas of apples (green and red) with some roasted malt and hints of licorice. Medium-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel. 8% ABV and no burn whatsoever. The taste is pretty mild too (a little too much). Still good, with some sweet malts, fruits, a touch of molasses and hints of hop in the finish. As I pour some more beer, the colour is becoming more copper and some haziness is showing from the stuff at the bottom of my bottle. I think this one is meant to be cellared a bit (as it might be unbalanced if drank too fresh).

Bottle courtesy of Mr.V: Poured a deep brown color ale with thick foamy head with some retention and no lacing. Aroma of unrefined sugar and some light malt is more or less interesting. Taste is unbalance mix between brown sugar an a light caramel malt presence. Yeast and hops are very hard to notice and body is definitely too watery for the style. I really didn’t enjoyed that one since I believe it lacked some balance.
